Although Recollection Cues is not in the business of selling production cues, there has always been a shortage of custom made break cues available for players to use. Therefore, we need to look into the production cue market. There are a lot of options there, some better than others. There is a difference in carbon fiber tubes, and an even bigger difference in how they are used in an effective cue.
After a lot of research and experimentation we believe the Becue Naked Break is the best on the market. We have found them to be well designed, both structurally and aesthetically, and they provide an intense, explosive separation of the balls with superior pocketing and ball travel distance. For that reason we are making it available to our customers.
It is available with or without a synthetic grip. The grip area is placed well back on the butt for optimal follow-through - a key factor in an effective break. Each comes with a carbon fiber shaft 12.5mm in diameter at the tip, and each weighs 18.5 ounces. You can purchase their separate Leonardo Balance weight management system to adjust the weight according to your taste, but 18.5 ounces is considered to be optimal. The tip is their standard Becue B/J tip.
Their proprietary Aurora Front End Technology is used to reinforce the cue against the intense punishment taken by constant, powerful break shots.
Each cue comes with a set of black universal joint protectors.
