This isn't the kind of item normally offered on Recollection Cues, but we know a good thing when we see it.
There are a few cuemakers who are making custom cue extenders for their own cues, but there have been no good generic cue extenders on the market for some time. I know. I looked for one for several years and couldn't find one anywhere.
There are a couple on the market you can find, but they all have a major problem, in my opinion. The most popular one is made of aluminum and you have to twist them to tighten them on your cue. The problem is, the hard plastic on the inside that contracts to grip your cue can easily scratch or scrape the finish. They may be okay if you play with a cheap cue you don't care about, but if you have a nice cue, it's the last thing you want to do.
These extenders are different. Each is handmade, one at a time, and they are lined with foam, not hard plastic.

Each of these is handmade one at a time from balsam wood, and are stained in either maple or mahogany. They are made to fit the "standard" size cue butt of today, so if your cue is neither very fat or very slim, it will fit nicely.
(If you know your cue is especially fat or slim, let me know. I have a couple in odd sizes that may work for you. If you send me the exact diameter, I may be able to get you one that fits perfectly.)

These are perfect for that long stretch out to the other end of the table. They can help you make that occasional shot that you can't quite reach. Personally, I play a lot of one-pocket, and they are critical to have when you get those little short shots up around the pack that would be easy if you could just reach a few inches farther.
